The locker room door opens on baseball fanatic Joe Boyd who is willing to do anything to
keep those damn New York Yankees from victory. His wish is answered when he is
asked to trade his soul in exchange for the opportunity to lead the Washington Senators
out of the cellar and into the pennant race! To turn the prospect into reality, Joe Boyd is
transformed into baseball sensation, Joe Hardy.
